If you're talking about viewing the profile without using Facebook? Can't help you there. It's probably not possible as you would need to interact with their api, which they almost certainly won't want you doing.

i can use facebook its just that I cant view the profile picture in full resolution because its private, thanks for the help btw

Yeah there's nothing you can do about that. Facebook's privacy is bad, but not that bad. If they've set their profile as private, you won't be able to see that picture at full-res without becoming friends with them.
