second display help

i have a second display connected using extend mode with my laptop for school and was wondering how i could have apps launch on my second display. alsi i was wondering how i could get my notification bar and battery on my monitor

You should be able to add task bar on all screens with Win10 just from display settings etc.

 

For software, they will either launch on monitor they were closed in, or where your cursor is. For more controls, you need either special manager software or script.
