Yes-ish.

Intel consumer 4th and 10th gen? That's LGA 1150 and LGA 1200 respectively, those use the same spacing for cooler mounting, meaning you can use the same brackets.

Intel HEDT (high-end desktop) 4th and 10th gen? Those are LGA 2011 and 2066, which are not the same.

Quick question though, should I change to an AM4 motherboard, can you provide a link to a replacement part for my current ones?

It's much more likely you're asking about 'consumer' CPU platforms, which are LGA 1150 and LGA 1200, which indeed do use the same spacing.

If you want to be 100% sure what socket your CPU's use, look up "CPUName ARK", CPUName being the name of your CPU and ARK being Intel's website for specifications. Check for "FCLGA" there, which are probably LGA 1150 for the 4th gen and LGA 1200 for the 10th gen.

Depends on the cooler your use.

You probably need to get a replacement bracket for the cooler if you go for AM4 and want to re-use your cooler.

Thank you for the insight. I'm using the older version of the Captain 240 and I would like to keep using it. It has been keeping my CPU cool for some years but it hasn't lost its touch xD
