memory struggles

alright, i have a set of corsair 16gb 3000mhz ram in my system, and for whatever reason, it refuses to run at that speed, ive tried manually setting it and docp, but it just power loops, im currently checking if i missed a bios update or something, but any other help would be greatly appreciated

 

Edit: figured out the problem, it was a bios update issue, now its not only running at its rated speed, but ive gotten it to overclock to 3200mhz

Does it say it's running at 1500mhz?

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.
