This has a much nicer motherboard for overclocking (which you won't want to do until you can shell out 30 bucks for a nicer cooler :) )

The EVGA SC 760 is a VERY nice card, and comes pre overclocked.

2 sticks of ram to take advantage of Dual Channel performance

Yes it can, heres a copy of the page on top left corner of the build: Estimated Wattage: 394W

Yes the PCIe Express pin is enough.

All im asking is: A cd/dvd writer? its getting old, dump that and start using boot usb's(imo)

EDIT: Whats your budget?

I would change out that motherboard, can you give us a budget so we can work with it?

Might be able to get you something you thought was out of reach!

If you HAD to take a hit before rebates to be under 700, I wouldn't drop the GPU.

I'd drop the motherboard back to what you had originally.

Under 700 before rebates.

Games are almost all on the internet for installs now, so you can do that.

6350 is just a slightly higher clocked 6300, and for the extra 30 bucks, it isn't worth it.

You can install your OS through a USB stick too! You put the CD in another computer (go to the library if you have no other way), and create a bootable usb from there.

Your rebates give you like 40-50 bucks back too, so after you get your rebates, you could buy a DVD drive.

I recommend (as most will here) the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo. It's 30-40 bucks, and will perform amazingly for the price range.
