Hello, First of all, I've never posted here before, so if there is some code of conduct that I broke or I posted in the wrong place I apologies. I have a system with an AMD r7 240 GPU in it. If you are overclocking the gpu memory clock is to high.

Have you been overclocking your memory at all as that is signs of corrupted memory due to either too high of a frequency, overheating, or failure (desoldering memory chips)? Have you tried DDU to wipe drivers to make sure this is not a driver issue? Have you been monitoring temperatures at all?
