I have a gigabyte rtx 2060 and when i play games like gta need for speed heat hue arc and other games it makes a really weird sound
Is it a coil whine?

It the sound changes in pitch as things move on screen, then it's coil wine. Frankly, not much you can do about it. You'll just have to live with it unless you want to spend more money switching out components.

So there is nothing wrong with it?

Coil whine is considered completely normal behaviour. Whether or not you get it is based on luck and how well the components you've chosen react with each other.

Coil whine won't hurt anything other than your sanity really, sometimes downclocking your gpu a little bit can fix it but not really a ton you can do about it
