Case clearance for CPU cooler - margin of error

Hello,

 

I am thinking of new PC and was looking at Phanteks Eclipse p350x. However, I have a bit of an irrational fear: the case has 160mm CPU cooler clearance and I'm looking at Arctic freezer duo which is 157mm. Is there anyhow a chance the cooler will not fit? I'm ordering parts separately and once I have the full build, most components will be over return period so I need to be sure.

It should be fine. My case has listed 160mm clearance and my HSF have height of 159,4mm without mounting hardware. It's a tight fit but it doesn't touch the glass or nothing.
