Old Lenovo ThinkVision monitor

Hello everyone ^^

 

I am having issues connecting a secondary screen to my laptop. It worked the first time but when my laptop went into sleep mode, the screen didn't come back from power saving mode not being detected by my laptop anymore.

 

I connect the secondary screen to my laptop trough a VGA to HDMI adapter, since it's an old monitor.

What is the model of the monitor? I have found that HDMI to VGA adapters aren't great and can have some issues like this.

It's a Think Vision L151, I just found it googling the "9165-ac6" written in the back,

By the way, I use a Lenovo Thinkpad E470.
