rust keeps crashing after fresh win reinstall

Im having some issues with rust game.
It keeps crashing every now and then at first. and after couple restarts it crashes also just right after i join my server.

abd when rust freezes my mouse is supper slow and laggy. Until it closes then mouse is perferct af.

 

My PC Spec
ryzen 5 1600 6-core 3.2ghz

msi tomahawk max B450

32gb corsair vengance lpx (running at 2866mhz [4x 8GB]) When removed 2 sticks. it runs at 3200mhz

RTX 2060 ROG Strix OC

 

any ideas?

so far i have set run steam as admin and also set compability to w7.
reinstalled rust twice and still this issue happens. before os reinstall nothing like that happend ever
