Question about the CM MB311L, mATX case recommendations?

Hey everyone

I'm looking for a mATX case for a future build after the GPU and CPU releases and I want something that would have decent airflow and be more budget friendly. In the beginning I was looking at the Meshify Mini C, but came across the MB311L.

So, does it have good airflow? Someone was saying that the airflow is bad, even though it has a mesh front, that got me a bit confused. The store I'm going to buy from sells a fanless version of the MB311L, so I am going to be using Arctic's P12 fans with it.

Also, are there even more budget and good airflow cases or is this the best I can get?
