Opening a .LBL file on windows 10

Would anyone be able to help me? 
There's a windows XP pc at my work which uses a software called Label Gallery 2.0 but isn't supported on windows 10 and I can't find a download for that software anymore for windows XP.

As a company we use .LBL files for our lable printers, I can't find any software to convert the files and use on Windows 10
What's the best way to go about things?
