The warranty seems quite standard, and so how it work depends on your local ways of things https://www.in-win.com/en/warranty

Like in here it would be done via retailer always if possible, and retailers would cover shipping costs too.

 

If you are worried over warranty handling, I would recommend going air cooling route instead of AIO. Less parts to be worried about over time.
