How far can this go?

So I recently bought this and I am wondering. Can I overclock this to 2133mhz without frying my motherboard?

GA-F2A88XM-D3H
X4 860K

also, how far can I OC my cpu with my current setup? Doesn't need to be precise, just rough estimates in Ghz and Volts.

How much did you spend on this? This was AMD's lowest-end chip over 6 years ago. Not a good purchase

I spent 1200 on this chip and 10000 for the whole build. ( Philippine Rubles)
For context rent here is 2000 a month for a concrete cell (or room if you wanna sugar coat it) with 
1 Faucet
1 Toilet
1 Power Outlet
and STRICTLY nothing else.
And the I earn 3500 a month.
And also the cheapest ryzen 5 1400 cost 5200 without stock cooler.

Soo yah. That's the reason and eventually my life story.

Anyways I just wanna know how far can I push this setup.
