Possible clearance issue?

Im planning for a new build and i decided i wanted to use aigo darkflash dlm24 case.It enables me to mount my GPU vertically,but it seems like if i do so i wont be able to install a tower cooler.What do i do?

Option A: Dont vertically Mount your GPU (Best option)

Option B: Dont get a tower cooler.

 

I'd go with option A, as vertically mounting your GPU against a glass will suffocate it under heavy loads, especially gaming. It's not worth the tradeoff of the "looks"

If i go with option B,is there a cheap low profile cooler bcuz i dont feel like using intel's stock cooler

Are there options? Yes. Such as the Cryorig C7, Noctua L9i, or coolermaster G200P

 

Are they all likely going to be directly up against the back of your GPU rendering them in same poor airflow situation as your GPU, causing you to have high temperatures? Also yes. 

 

I strongly recommend you mount the GPU in the regular position and use a tower cooler instead if you plan a on actually using this system for gaming or any sort of work related tasks..

Now,if i use an i5 10400F with IS40X and i will be using BFB,do you think it will be adequate?Note i will be having 2x140mm on the front and 1x 140mm on the back

I'm not sure what BFB is

 

I personally wouldn't feel comfortable with it, but you seem pretty set on doing it so I say go for what makes you happy and if it's not giving you the results you want in games, regroup and make a different plan.
