Country: Bangladesh

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for : windows os ,rocket league and some some other games

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): i am wishing to add an ssd for my pc because my hdd is not fast enough
i want someone to tell me which of these 2 ssd is better

for windows and gaming even the slowest ssd is good enough. with your budget, i'd try to see what the cheapest 500gb ssd is and get than one. it will be more useful than a fast 250gb ssd.

The  p300 is better. has slc cache and slightly better controller.

Not for that either. You only really "need" nvme if you constantly read and write large files like in 4k or 8k video editing, then it is useful. Otherwise... No real measureable difference
