Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for windows os ,rocket league and some some other games

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): i am wishing to add an ssd for my pc because my hdd is not fast enough
i want someone to tell me which of these 2 ssd is better

The  p300 is better. has slc cache and slightly better controller.

do as Boggy said. get yourself the cheapest 500gig ssd

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

Not for that either. You only really "need" nvme if you constantly read and write large files like in 4k or 8k video editing, then it is useful. Otherwise... No real measureable difference
