wireless mouse + keyboard not working

Lord Szechenyi

Hi

i bought a logitech mk330, and i don' know how to pair the mouse+keyboard to the receiver.

i did get a cd inside the box, but i can't install anything off of it because my pc doesn't have a dvd drive

Is it a unified receiver or specific to each device?

I assume it's plugged in, did Windows say it detected a new device and it's installing by chance?

Hmmmm, have you tried rebooting the computer just to see if that does anything?

Cool, I can't remember if I had to do anything for my G603 or G613 with their receivers but hopefully that does the trick.

Hmmmm, I would try pulling it out for a moment and plugging it back in or maybe use a different USB port?

Windows detects it, but the mouse won't do anything (or the keyboard)

That's really odd, and I assume the power switch is on? :P

on both the keyboard and mouse, yes

i am not 100% sure the battery in the keyboard works (it's triple aaa, and i can't test it in any other device) but the mouse's battery def works

These are usually plug and play, i never had to pair any of my Logitech wireless 2.4 ghz stuff.

Maybe they are dual outputs? Make sure you set them to 2.4 ghz and not Bluetooth.
