i have a desktop pc with the MSI H110M PRO-D motherboard and Micron Technology 8ATF1G64HZ-2G3A1 8GB 2400 MHZ 1.2v  ( i think it's 1.2V that's what memorybenchmark.net say ) yesterday i added a Teamgroup 8gb 2400MHz ( 1.25v) sick the pc ran fine but i think the electricity in my house when down and since than when i run them together the pc is unstable  some bluescreens and freez i don't know what happend , maybe it's a voltage problem , i tried to run it on at 2133mhz same problem and i can't control the voltage of the dram it's locked on auto in my motherboard what should i do

It should be replaced regardless of the RAM problem,it might have contributed to that problem as well.

Try running the PC with just one stick.

that seems to be a pos psu. I would get a new psu and a new kit of ram. 

Before you do that, what bsods are you getting?

Sounds like your power supply damaged something that is related to your RAM or even the RAM itself...

That power supply is dangerous,it can literally explode or light your house on fire...
