gt 1030.

The reason why its unplayable is the GPU. I get around 30 - 50 fps at 1600x900 medium on a 1050ti so that card will perform much worse. It is not a ram issue and AC will use how much ram it needs.

I will recommend an NHu12s (or an NHd15 (maybe)) for your PC build. Quote or @ me @Prodigy_Smit for me to see your replies.

but i have seen many youtube vids that gt 1030 can handle it at low settings at 30+ fps. with around 6gb ram usage. But i am not even getting playable fps!?

If you are trying 1080p there is no way that you are going to get over 20-30fps and that will be with stutters.
