Pretty sure 90 degree is fine, in a sense that it won't damage anything, but I think CPUs may start thermal throttling a few degrees above that.

Run the machine with like a 50% sustained load and what temps do you have after a few minutes. It shouldnt overheat or throttle at all at 50% load if the cooling is alright

Welcome to the forums!

Couple troubleshooting questions.

How far did you tighten the block to the CPU? Did you go really hard?

Where is your radiator located?

Do you recall how much paste you applied?

We have a NEW and GLORIOUSER-ER-ER PSU Tier List Now. (dammit @LukeSavenije stop coming up with new ones)

1. i tighten a bit hard but no strip

2.radiator up as intake ( i know i should have it exhaust but temps were much better as intake i dont mind dust to clean)

3.i use linus method a little line

Cool, this shouldn't be the issue

Are you sure it's the right reading then?

Fire up HWINFO64 and see what the max temperature is for each of the CPU cores

Where you using a very large resource pack? If so make sure to unzip it first so it doesnt have to decompress it every time
