What temps? Try to reseat the cooler, and re apply thermal paste.

Oh and what are her specs?

My guess is dust in the cooling fins.  AIO machines are often sort of like big laptops. Very restricted and weird parts. Easy for things to get plugged up.  Annoying bit withAIOs though is blowing them out often just blows the dust bunnies into something else. Depends a lot on model as to what can be blown where.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
