Is this RAM timing good?

That depends entirely on the RAM speed, capacity, number of DIMMs, motherboard/CPU, etc. We need more information.

Main Rig: R9 5950X @ PBO, RTX 3090, 64 GB DDR4 3666, InWin 101, Full Hardline Watercooling

Server: R7 1700X @ 4.0 GHz, GTX 1080 Ti, 32GB DDR4 3000, Cooler Master NR200P, Full Soft Watercooling

LAN Rig: R5 3600X @ PBO, RTX 2070, 32 GB DDR4 3200, Dan Case A4-SFV V4, 120mm AIO for the CPU

HTPC: i7-7700K @ 4.6 GHz, GTX 1050 Ti, 16 GB DDR4 3200, AliExpress K39, IS-47K Cooler

Router: R3 2200G @ stock, 4GB DDR4 2400, what are cases, stock cooler

I don't have a problem...

the ram speed is 2400mhz, 16gb,2 dimms, asus prime b450mk, ryzen 5 3400g, ram is hyperx fury rgb 16gb kit 8gb*2 @3200mhz (but runs at 2400mhz)

so now whats a good ram timing

Well, idk why you're not trying to run at 3200. That'll help way more than better timings at 2400.

A rough guideline is that your timings are "good" if the primary CAS latency results in the following inequality being true:

Speed (MHz) / CAS > 225

To be clear, if it's worse than that, that doesn't make it BAD, it just not impressive or anything. Some of the best value kits out there are 3200 CL16 or 3600 cl 18. Those would result in values of 200 in that equation. Both are totally fine, just not "good". If you're even lower than 200, I'd consider that to be fairly loose (bad) timings since you can spend not a lot to get to at least 200, and even 225 isn't much of a price increase.

In your case, though, since you're still under 3600 MHz (so your infinity fabric has room to get faster), and you are using an APU (which benefit a lot from faster ram speeds), I'd recommend prioritizing speed over all else.
