Which GPU to choose

im planning to buy any of the below GPUs

 

1 . ZOTAC Gaming GeForce RTX 2060 Super Mini 8GB GDDR6 (rupees 35200, Approximately $450)

2. ASUS Dual NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Mini OC Edition (rupees 37000, Approximately $475)

First one is latest, but 2070 mini has more cuda cores and speed than 2060S.

 

which one will better interms of performance?  Im bit confused whether to take the latest GPU with less speed or the bit older CPU with higher clock and CUDA cores.

It's not really latest. They're both from the same generation and use the same architecture. The 2070 is faster.

 

The 3070 will be much faster than either of them at around the same price, but it will probably take 2-3 months for them to become available

Well yeah 2070 is marginally faster than the 2060S. Also I've heard bad things about the Zotac coolers (loud). 3070 will be the better option if you can wait a bit.
