microsoft edge not respond

I'm having trouble with edge. It just not responds after some minutes. I tried clearing the cache, check for virus and updates and it is completely normal. Any suggestions ?

Edge is sometimes a bit laggy, did you try another browser?

Do you use any extensions? Also does it freeze randomly or when you are doing something specific?

i do have grammarly and csgofloat checker but they have been there for months, this issue just started someday now

try shutting off explorer 11 type "turn windows features on or off" in windows search find explorer 11 and un-check it

or try shutting off flash. go to Menu> Settings> Advanced Settings> Find Adobe Flash Player and make it sure that is off.

 

These may not work 100% They are just what I am used to see on forums

Yeah, the support team is useless. Microsoft always gives out the same answer of clearing cache and using incognito mode. Forums are filled with people ranting about it

sorry for not mentioning, my laptop sometimes shows bluescreen too also it'll be fixed after restarting but it always happen. any suggestions ?

Sounds like you have more issues on your laptop than just edge not working properly...

It is dpc watchdog violation. Although i always check for windows and driver updates but sometimes my laptop just crash and shows bsod. And now it fucks me with the keyboard, the special keys on the top is still working fine but all the basic keys are fucked
