Budget (including currency): $2000 USD

Country: U.S.

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I will be running this PC mostly through Nvidia GameStream to my Shield TV, otherwise it will just be run as a remote desktop on the other one or two TV screens throughout my network, as I don't really have any room for a full setup. I'd like to be able to play AAA games reasonably well for the next few years.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I'd prefer to be playing at 4K with at least 60 fps on my TVs, but 1440p or 1080p is fine if that's not possible on my budget. (Side Note: All of my TVs are 4k, so I'd also like to ask how bad it would look to be running non-native resolutions on them.) I'll also likely be buying a pre-built as well, unless someone can convince me that I won't somehow screw up trying to build my own if it'd be cheaper.

I have a 4K tv and wouldn't want to play anything too intensive on it that requires a high refresh rate. Playing on a 144hz display definitely feels much nicer than trying to do the same on a 60hz TV screen. Also less input lag is another plus. TV is fine for the Switch or Playstation, but you're going to want to use a nice monitor if you're going to PC game.
