Repairing an dead Acer Veriton M420 Computer for Free?

My computer can turn on but NO DISPLAY on monitor. Even if can turn on this pc. They gets BSOD during retro gaming (Last Bronx PC Game).

 

Issue 1: Computer can turn on without vga output. But it hears long beep after few minutes.

Issue 2: Computer can turn on without vga output. But it hears long beep, then repeats short beep.

 

Is there any way that I can repair it for free?

 

Specs:

OEM PC Brand and Model: Acer Veriton M420

CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 250

GPU: ATI Radeon HD 3200 IGP (May cause Display driver stopped responding error)

RAM: 2x1gb DDR2

OS: Windows 7 Aero Blue Lite 64 bit

HDD: 160gb Seagate HDD

 

I can't install windows 8.1/10 because it need usb flash drive.

I tried removing and clean ram sticks and I can't fix.

This is a very old machine.  You may be having actual age related issues which aren’t common with PCs because they rarely last long enough. 

 

How do you get a BSOD if there is no display for a BSOD  to appear on?  I am confused.

If your main suspicion is the GPU can you borrow a known good GPU from anyone to test with?

 

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
