Quick little upgrade help ?

I’m currently running i7 6700 and 1050ti , i I were to upgrade the gpu to a MSI 1660 Ventus 6Gb OC NOT super I think . Buying used so I can’t remember it that’s a super or not and I think not... but that card or Power Color Red Dragon RX580 ? 
 

the 1660 would cost potential 150-200 , dude was asking 2 and I’m trying to negotiate lol

 

the 580 was priced at 200 and I got him down to 180. That’s the lowest he said he would go . I’m also using Canadian dollars lol 
 

any help what so ever is greatly appreciated thank you

Figure out if it's a super or not. Changes the advice.

I bought my red dragon new for $us 167 last Black Friday.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Where did I buy my red dragon rx580 last year? Microcenter in store only Black Friday sale.  I don’t have a link.  Wouldn’t help anyway as it was a year ago.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
