can't really tell, but it's probably sound from the mouse traveling up the arm

and the shock mount for the mic cant isolate it.

 

you could set a cut off threshold, so the mic is only enabled when you speak, but wont capture noises like those

Is the boom shaking from mouse movements? Or just making noise? If its moving, either you have too heavy mic for the boom, or its someway loose. If its not moving, you probably can limit vibrations and other stuff by getting rubber padding under the clamp, changing mousepad to cloth (if not already) and maybe adding rubber o-ring between mic and stand.
