Which of these 2 SSDs should I get?

GamingSeargent

Hello, i'm not sure which of the follow ssds I should purchase?

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/Zxw7YJ/samsung-970-evo-plus-1-tb-m2-2280-nvme-solid-state-drive-mz-v7s1t0bam

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/gCJmP6/corsair-mp600-force-series-gen4-1-tb-m2-2280-solid-state-drive-cssd-f1000gbmp600

It will likely be paired with a next generation Ryzen 5 5600x, if cpu bounding is a problem.

Thanks!

Ryzen 5 3600

MSI B550 Tomahawk

16GB 3600mHz Trident Z RGB

1650 Super

Fractal Design Meshify C

Samsung 970 Evo 1TB

The price is about the same and the Corsair MP600 has PCIe 4.0 and it's faster.

Usually you won't notice the speed difference even if you compare it to a SATA SSD but since it is faster and PCIe 4.0 for the same price, I would pick the corsair one.

The corair one comes with a heatsink and you should consider that to make sure it fits with your motherboard.

My build:

Intel Core i7 9700 8x 3.00GHz So.1151

The corsair oneis PCIe gen 4 so its faster, so yeah its better, but if the price difference is big the the EVO is also a high end PCIe 3 SSD and you probably wont notice the difference
