oc gpu ?

Go to solution Solved by DJHoro,

Guys cut him some slack. Hes just asking for help. @OP I would find an overclock I like and then run some stress tests. if they pass then play a demanding game for a few hours and see if its stable. Also make sure Temperatures arent too hot. I wouldnt want to go ast the 70s on a modern gpu. If your game doesn't crash and your card doesn't throttle then you are good to go. If it does crash then lower the cpu core little by little (I would say 10Mhz at a time) and lower Memory a bit too. It takes time to find a good stable spot and not all cards overclock the same.

hey im new 2 overclocking and  i just want 2 know the oc i did as of now is safe or not i have a evga 760 sc 2gb it was stock at Core Clock 980 MHz  and boost was stock at 1033 MHz im useing evga precision x as of right now i oc it 2  gpu clock 1200 mhz memory 1582 boost 1265 seems 2 be runing just fine when i do the evga test  gpu temp it around 63 2 72  and fan is at 57 60 speed when runing the test just a lil heat comes out the back of the card not much and its not crashing on me so i this a safe spot or no or can i do more when i dont run the test the temp and fan gose back down

what do you mean what

Dat english tho..

As long as your card is stable, and temps are not running insane, then you should be just fine.

Why would you replace to by 2 when numbers have an important role?

First of all, that "english" is rather annoying to read.

And you'll have to test your GPUs in some games and see if they're stable. The EVGA / MSI tests barely test anything.

Why should people take the time out of their day to answer a question that you obviously havent spent any time to make coherent.

What the heck are you talking about? I'm not the one asking the question..
