Help! Mouse double click in one computer specifically

So, I have a Logitech g102 and i play competitive shooters. now, when I plug it in my main PC the mouse keeps double clicking (even the side buttons sometimes double click). But, when I use it on my laptop it works like a blessing from God. When I use a spare mouse on my main PC it doesn't double click either.

 

1. spare mouse (double click on neither)

2. g102 (double click on PC only)

 

what I have tried:

1. use mouse without logitech gaming driver (helps a little bit)

2. reinstalled driver (doesn't work)

 

One thing i'd like to point out that in the device manager, there's 3 "HID complaint mouse drivers" two of which i have disabled beause i cant uninstall them. I'm totally clueless to what I should do.

 

also, i'm not sure why there are multiple entries
