there isnt a 760 ti he likely means a 750 ti

The 760Ti does exist. It's an OEM card.

 

Alienware are a company that especially uses it.

Hi. My friend says that he has a GTX 760 Ti, but I cannot find any benchmarks of the Ti version online. 

Can anyone tell me what the GTX 760 Ti would be equivalent to?

Your friend is a liar. It would probably be between a 670 and a 680.

 

 

It does exist, it's an OEM rebrand of a GTX 670 and performs exactly like a 670 does.

You can have it if you buy an OEM prebuilt that has one in it or buy one used on ebay but you cannot directly buy one from say Amazon.
