AMD Wraith prism cooler turning of and on rapidly

Hi y’all. So I’m having some problems with my wraith prism amd stock cooler. It’s constantly turning off and on randomly every few seconds. My temps are a bit above normal (avg 54) so I’d like to fix it ASAP. I’ve googled it and tried every solution i could find. If anyone has any idea I’d really appreciate it.

ive included a video of it so you can see for your self

thanks in advance!

video doesn't load for me. did you try removing any custom fan curves you may have? also clearing the cmos? does the fan act up when in bios as well? or only in windows?

I would definitely try clearing the cmos as @bmx6454 mentioned. If that does not fix it, it could be making poor contact with he connectors from either a bad female end or (less likely but still possible) bad male end.

Instructions for frustration management:

1) Sit at desk.   2) Repeatedly slam forehead against desk.

I never said I was smart, just smart enough to be dangerous.
