Did you plug your monitor into your graphics card?

The i5-10400F has no iGPU, so you NEED a graphics card -- cannot use the VGA / DVI / HDMI ports on the back of the motherboard.

 

Did you mount the CPU cooler  properly?

 

Check if the RAM sticks are properly installed in the DIMM slots?
