Hp-Omen 15 2s getting too hot

so, I have a Hp-Omen X 2s dg0020tx which I recently replaced the thermal paste of in hopes of lowering my cpu and gpu temps. which i wont say helped miraculously but it did go from a solid 90c at high load to 83c. I was wondering if there was any other better way to reduce my temperatures
I am using a thermal grizzly thermal paste for my gpu and a thermal grizzly liquid metal for my cpu

I have a Intel i7-9570h with a RTX 2070 maxq

I'm sorry if i made any mistake since, its my first time posting on a forum :)

That's a pretty massive temp drop, I'd say it worked extremely well

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

oh and i guess i forgot to mention i also cleaned a lot of dust out of its fans and grills so mostly the temperature drop was from that

and i think the temperatures after cleaning were 85c
