Switching to samsung s20 from iphone

I was curious to see peoples thoughts between the two phones, before I owned a LGG6. I really wanted to try getting an iPhone I bought into the hype of the iPhone 11, and now I kind of hate my phone simple things like transferring my music from my computer to my phone has become a frustrating process of downloading iTunes and still not getting it to work the way I want. I hate it when you open apple music, to play music you own and it gives you an ad to their subscription of apple music premium. Long story short I want to go back to android but not if its going to be a worse experience. I saw Linus made a video about why you should get the s20 ultra, but with trade in and promotional offers I can get the s20+ for 499 which I don't mind. I use metroPCS and want to make sure the phone works on my network I know samsung works on their network hence why I looked at this phone. Any thoughts or words of advice from S20 owners, maybe even people who did something similar?

Just my opinion, but why spend an extra 500 bucks for a little hassle. I would keep the 11 for another year or two, and upgrade when you really need to.

I mean yeah I could do that, they also have the s20 FE which would only cost 150, its just kinda the feeling of not liking my phone for 2 whole years then losing most of its trade in value.

Remember to disable iMessages, also umm if it was me S20 FE, Oneplus, Google Pixel or a LG depending on whats in the store... US market has few phones I am really fond of to be honest.

Disable Imessages? Is there a security risk involved with having them enabled or something? I am most likely going with the s20 FE. Also I agree US market is not so great for phones

iMessages will cause problems on next phone if not disabled prior to the switcharoo.
