Do you have the computer off for the bios reset?

Yup.

  1. Turn the PC off.
  2. Disconnect the PC from the wall.
  3. Take out the little flat battery which is located on your motherboard.
  4. Hold down the power button for a few seconds.
  5. Put the battery back in.
  6. Connect the PC to the wall again.
  7. Power it on.

Your BIOS is now reset and usually you should end up in the BIOS upon the first boot.

Then you should have a look into your motherboard's manual and use that reset button instead.

Sometimes you have to hold them down to reset the BIOS or something else. Would be good to know how exactly that button is supposed to function.

The strangest part is that the light on my mouse and keyboard arn't turning on

That is likely caused by your motherboard.
It could also be related to your PSU, but it's hard to tell.

I would check every single connection, maybe even reconnect everything and also try different RAM configurations.

Which PSU are you using?
