Found this AP that had 5KM range : https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Tenda-O3-5km-150Mbps-CPE-Wireless-WiFi-Repeater-Access-Point-Wi-Fi-Bridge/402444012883

2 questions :

  • Is it safe to use indoors or will radiation be too high
  • Is it actually 5km. I need 0.3km minimum in indoor environment.

A cursory Google search shows that yes it is 5KM however it is a directional device meaning you have to point the antenna in the direction you want the signal to travel and only devices with a direct line of sight will get a connection from it.

No, it's for outdoor use, and is directional.

5km will be "on a good day with clear line of sight".

You'd be better off with a mesh wifi AP setup, with 2-3 units rather than one powerful one. Remember: you can have a really powerful AP, but the devices connecting to it won't be as powerful, making the high power a waste of time.
