Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Gt 710, Wireless card(wifi card i need wireless wifi), 4x4gb Ddr3, i5 3470 Ssd, Hard drive i have been using a dell optiplex 7010 sff and i want to be able to upgrade down the line so no dell opiplex or prebuilts plz.

 

i want to be able to play tf2 with about 150 fps on low i currently can only get 100fps

Not sure why you want even higher framerates, 100fps is already more than enough, especially since I doubt you have a 144Hz monitor...regardless, I'd try to find a used i7 and used 580 or similar. Total should run you about $150-175.

prebuilts are upgrade able, as long as its not a dell. they have a habbit of having standard ram,, but with a bios lock, so only dell ram works.

I'd still try to find a used i7 and 580. Cheap upgrade but you'll get a lot more GPU performance and a fair amount more CPU performance.

My case can only fit a gt 710 and a wireless card so no dual slot gpus also i want to get new stuff so it will be easyer to upgrade down the line but i have a dell otpiplex 7010 Small Factory Form

You aren't going to get a good, brand-new system for your budget. Save up more.
