My first PC build

Hello, this is my first post and I wanted to build my first PC, I wanted to use a rtx 3070 graphic card, but my budget is 1000 -1100 dollars, but I don't know which motherboard is best and I am not sure which CPU would perform in pair with the GPU, I ended up between an Intel i5 9600K or an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 which both have the same price, but I don't know if there is a better option considering my budget, and I don't know if they will keep up with the GPU. So what would you recommend?

Better off waiting a couple weeks for Ryzen 4000 to come out.
