The Founders Edition BIOS goes down to 31%, so that would be 100W

if anyone got his hands on the RTX 3080. what are the minimum and maximum power limits of the GPU? is it like previous generations from 50%. I heard some rumors saying that you may limit the GPU from 320W to 100W only.
