Any tech related research topics??

I really need help with my research topics. Im open to any suggestions as long as its tech related (its a requirement from my teacher). I can't think of any more topics. I need help, I can't Graduate High School if I fail my research paper. Thanks

silicon fab design and binning, cryptocurrency and block chain (and how cryto could completely remove the need for credit cards and escrow companies). I wrote some low level college papers on bitcoin/crypto, pretty cool stuff.

field effect transistors. it might seem simple but trust me there is a lot to it
