Upgrade Recommendations

I'm looking to upgrade my build. I finished building this PC about 3 months ago and most modern games I am hanging out around 60fps with medium to high settings. I am looking to pick up a 3070 when they become available, but I'm concerned my CPU is going to bottle neck the system. 

 

This is my first build, and would appreciate any feedback. 

MOBO: Gigabyte b450/ CPU: Ryzen 2200g/ GPU: ASrock RX 570 (8gb)/ Memory: 2x8gb G.Skill ddr4 3600/ power supply: corsair cx550m

CPU. 3600, potentially the 4600 if your board gets the BIOS update.
