No internet on pc

I recently port forwarded so I can make a Minecraft server for me and my friends and after port forwarding the internet on my PC stopped working but all other devices it was, I've been trying to fix for the past 4 hours and nothing works I even fac reset my pc and that didn't even work, please help.

I don't know, all I did was set up the port foward how I have before, nothing different

And also when I try to trouble shoot in windows it says "wifi doesn't have a valid ip configuration" and "problem with wireless adapter or access point"

Did you touch the control panel?

Like "Control Panel" on windows or with my internets website

No I haven't done anything in there, is there something I can do?

Did you try removing the port forwarding on the router at least? See if that brings internet back to your PC?

Try closing the ports again

Yes i did remove the port and that did not help
