So i've had my PC for around 4 years now, i've went through numerous upgrades ranging from £40 components to £150-£300 components, and my PC should be a pretty medium-high spec rig, however from 2019-now, i've noticed my PC hasn't been preforming as well in some of the new games i'm playing, whereas other gamers who have near identical specs to mine get around 60-80fps more than what i'm getting, my current rig is:

-Motherboard: GA-AB350-Gaming (https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-AB350-Gaming-rev-1x#kf
-CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600x Six-Core Processor, 3600Mhz, 6 Core(s) (https://www.amd.com/en/products/cpu/amd-ryzen-5-2600x)
-GPU: Sapphire Radeon Pulse RX 5600 XT 14GBPS 6GB GDDR6 (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Sapphire-11296-01-20G-Radeon-backplate-Graphics/dp/B083R25Z94/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=Sapphire+11296-01-20G+Radeon+Pulse+RX+5600+XT+14GBPS+6GB+GDDR6+HDMI+%2F+Triple+DP+OC+w%2F+backplate+(UEFI)+PCIe+4.0+Graphics+Card&qid=1601652656&s=computers&sr=1-1)
-RAM:CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB PRO 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3600 (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07TB3R9JB/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

-Storage: 2 WD Blue 1TB Hard Drives (https://www.amazon.co.uk/BLUE-Desktop-inch-Internal-Drive/dp/B013HNYVLA/ref=pd_di_sccai_7?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B013HNYVLA&pd_rd_r=f1a19669-589b-4b52-b06e-eccc2966e7fa&pd_rd_w=fEx2Z&pd_rd_wg=P4q9B&pf_rd_p=4d243aa6-d88e-4de2-9cbb-cd5cf6bb2669&pf_rd_r=1K5XPZG4P5M1YCHM166G&psc=1&refRID=1K5XPZG4P5M1YCHM166G)

All of my drivers are up to date (CPU, GPU, Windows, BIOS etc.). All in-game overlays turned off. XMP not enabled (can't due to PC shutting down after enabling). Not overclocked. InkedPC_LI.jpg.b329618431a1457dc9652eae5935034d.jpg

XMP not enabled

that's your issue.

make sure ram is in slots 2 and 4 and try to enable xmp.

might need to increase soc voltage to 1.1 to make it stable

might need to decrease ram frequency to 3200 or 2933 to make it stable.

it will still make a big difference vs running it at 2133 as you're doing now.

And also, what drive is your D drive, as I noticed that's where your pagefile is linked. It might under perform if it's a mech drive possibly... don't know for sure as it's been a long while since I used a mech drive for anything much on a windows PC.
