Overclocking ryzen 3 1200

I just tried overclocking my ryzen 3 1200, I changed the multiplier to 44, and increased the voltage to 1.37 and it's running at 4.4ghz according to the bios and task manager says that it's base clock is 4.4 ghz despite both nzxt cam and task manager telling me it's actually running at 3.1 ghz, in games I don't experience crashes and prime 95 didn't crash after 4 hours, it's under water so I know it's not throttling because it never went above 50° c, first time oc so have I don't something wrong?
