ammerican megatrends appears on boot for the first time ?

聽i have built this pc since two years and when i boot it shows my mobo logo then boots up to windows , today i was browsing and an electric outage happend in my city and my pc turned off , i turned it on again and i see a screen appears "american megatrends presse delete for setup (something like that)" for like a split second then boots to windows

what has happend ? should i be worried ?

nvm my keyboard had a stuck key in it and it keept spamming and somehow it showed that i fixed it and restarted , its no longer there 馃槢

Thats just the post screen, some board vendors implement their own design but if they dont you'll see American Megatrends.

No need to worry, that's just the BIOS vendor. It's normal on some boards to do that. My ASUS P8Z68-V/GEN3 does that after swapping CPUs and proceeds to show the ASUS splash screen.
