Decreased CPU performance

Hello guys, lately my CPU performance decreased so badly and whenever I try to play a game my CPU usage becomes %100 however as you can see from the Images the GPU usage is about %10. It used to work great but like I said lately It decreased so badly, I tried everything. Could any of you guys help me about detecting what is wrong with the CPU?

CPU: i5-6400
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB
Motherboard: Asus B150M-C
Ram: 16GB

get hwinfo64, start in sensor mode when prompted, then check temperatures and clock speed of the CPU

your gpu usage is 64%. the other gpu is igpu in your cpu. your cpu is bottlenecking your gpu's performance. this probsbly does not happen in all games but only in cpu intensive games

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

Temperatures look good, so it's not a throttling problem. I think it's just discord taking too much CPU power to run, turn it off.
