Need help doing the last finishing touches

Unilision

Budget (including currency):

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Any new upcoming mmo and will be using the Samsung CRG9 monitor.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

So under I'll post the pcpartpicker of all the product I've purchased, and right now I'm contemplating on what I should get to finish off the build. I'm currently waiting for the Zen 3 but if it doesn't have stock till November then I will just buy one of the current cpus. I pre ordered the Cooler master NR200P but it's been several weeks and there's no update on when it's going to be in stock and delivered, so would anyone have anything to recommend?

Would you be able to recommend any other types of ITX cases? I am waiting but if it doesn't have stock till November, I'm more than likely going to just buy the current Zen 2 or Intel
