Budget Stream PC Build Help

Budget (including currency): $400 -$500 USD

Country: United States

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Just streaming, Streamlabs OBS, Chrome, Elgato Streaming software

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I already have a gaming computer, this will be a dedicated streaming PC. My Gaming PC is using a 3440x1440 21:9 120Htz Gaming Monitor and I am wanting to output to OBS in 1080p 16:9 and record and stream to twitch at the same time. I do not know what bitrate to aim for though. I already have a good 500w PSU, and am going to be picking up a Elgato HD60 Pro and a cheap case this week so those are not included in the budget. I also have a server with storage on it for saving game play and a few 1TB - 2 TB HDDs to save some files locally before sending them to my server to render for Youtube.

As far as future proofing I would like to be able to upgrade it easily in the future incase I upgrade my resolution for instance

If it helps here are the specs of the gaming PC: CPU - 8700k, MSI 2070s, 16GB of ram

That looks really solid. Any idea hw the 3100 would do with a bump to 4k?

The GPU will do all the job encoding your video, so a 4 core cpu is enough.

Don't know about 4K, how much your 2060 load to do this?

1650 is about 1/2 slower than 2060, so if the 2060 pull it under 50%, it should be okay.

I settled on this

Decided to splurge a bit on a new case, 16GB of ram, and the 1650 Super cause it has the newer Turing NVENC encoder
